(Digital) Marketing Manager (Part-time, 20+ hours, to full-time) (f/m/d)
We are looking for a motivated (Digital) Marketing Manager who will own, manage, and publish our brand presence and all of our content. In this role, you combine creative ideation and design, technical execution skills, and a strong quality standard in both written and visual communication.
You will be responsible for our CMS, create graphics for the website, produce recurring content, develop Customer Success Stories, and take care of everything that comes up operationally in marketing. At the same time, you will support sales with account-based marketing materials and with the preparation of trade fairs and booth appearances.
In a small team, this means one thing: you are both a creative mind and a hands-on executor. You develop content strategies, write copy, create matching visuals, maintain content in the CMS and other systems, test what works well on the website, and automate processes in the background where it makes sense.
Your responsibilities
- Develop a content strategy and create a structured content plan
- Manage our social media presence and ensure a consistent brand appearance
- Maintain and optimize our CMS, our website, and relevant SEO topics
- Create texts, graphics, and content for the website, campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Develop Customer Success Stories, use case presentations, and other account-based marketing materials to support sales
- Support sales with the planning and preparation of trade fair appearances and marketing materials for booth setups
- Create and maintain content and graphics for the Help Center and support content moderation
- Coordinate and manage collaboration with external partners and agencies, for example for performance marketing or website projects
- Analyze which content and formats perform well and derive improvements for content, website, and internal processes
- Help make marketing processes more efficient and identify useful tools and automations where appropriate
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in marketing, or a relevant degree combined with a strong interest in the field
- A strong feel for brand, language, design, and digital communication
- The ability to write clear, high-quality, and error-free copy
- Technical experience in the creation of graphics and marketing materials
- A structured, independent way of working and a high quality standard
- The ability not only to develop content creatively, but also to execute it operationally in a clean and reliable way
- Motivation to take ownership in a young team and drive topics forward independently
- A digital, pragmatic, process-oriented mindset, ideally with interest in AI tools, and a solution-oriented way of thinking
- The ability to collaborate well with different internal stakeholders and external agencies
Ideally, you also bring
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand / marketing operations
- Experience with headless CMS systems, websites, and basic SEO principles
- Hands-on experience creating social media content, presentations, and website content
- Experience at the intersection of marketing and sales, for example with account-based marketing or sales-related materials
- Experience with design and content tools such as Sketch, Canva, or similar solutions
- Interest in modern tools and in the use of AI for content and marketing processes
How we measure success
- High-quality results and error-free copy and graphics
- A performance-oriented website with measurable success
- Reliable and effective collaboration as a bridge between teams
- Responsible and timely execution of tasks
- Creative ideas and their practical, high-quality implementation
Tools we currently use
- Apple MacBook Pro
- Google Workspace
- Sketch (Design)
- Canva (Content)
- Directus (CMS) — alternatively Storyblok
- Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- HubSpot / Mailchimp (mail automation)
- Lemlist (campaigns)
Why this role is exciting
- You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and content
- You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product
- You can turn creative ideas directly into execution and make their impact visible
- You will take ownership in a small team with short decision-making paths
- You will work with modern tools and have the opportunity to actively shape processes and automations
- You will have a versatile role with plenty of creative freedom and direct impact
What to expect
- A versatile role with a high level of ownership
- An open, pragmatic, and motivated team
- Direct collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Flexible setup from part-time to full-time
- Modern tools and a contemporary marketing stack
- Plenty of room for your own ideas, improvements, and creative execution
